Mission Statement

Our market is the European energy industry and we service primarily the Transmission System Operators (TSOs). Transparent and forward-looking congestion management is vital for the integration of the European energy markets. Together with the TSOs, we provide congestion management solutions that facilitate market activities.

Our skills and competencies are based on long experience in energy market operations, software development and system operation.

Our system is developed to facilitate cross border trading activities as well as to meet the need of TSOs to comply with Regulation 1228/2003. Our system is scalable from simple bilateral to more complex flow-based coordinated auctions, from explicit to implicit and from yearly to daily auctions.

Our customers have the opportunity to participate in the development of the auction system and also in the company as shareholders.
